While saying Kosovo has failed to take advantage of all the skills for moving forward, including the powerful support of friendly countries.
“We have not implemented a state of all, a righteous state for all, a state that offers jobs for young people and young people, a state that offers basic academic services and basic education for youth” has been expressed by Abdixhiku for Perisopi.
