South Korea has declared today that North Korea is ready to hold talks with the United States.
The declaration of the office of the south-korean president, Moon Yae In, has come just a few hours after genus has condemned recent sanctions targeting the regime, accusing Washington of trying to stop improving relations with Seoul during the Winter Olympics.
Before the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Pjongchang, Moon met with the North Korean Olympic delegation, led by General Kim Jong Cho.
Kim has said at the meeting that cenan, “intends to develop the North Korean dialogue- US”, the Yonhap news agency reported.
During the closing ceremony of the games, Kim has sat behind presidential adviser and President Trump's daughter, Ivana Trump.
They haven't communicated with each other.
Northern Korea has said several times that it is prepared to start negotiations with Washington without preconditions, while the United States has declared that the jinn must first take concrete steps in terms of the de-separation process.
