As the first punitive measure, it is the break from the water network system, followed by other penalties.
Each consumer has, two and more, unpaid bills on water supply and sewer services, are being dealt with.
Within a month, over 100 blackouts have been carried out by the water supply system, over 1,300 indebted consumers have been visited and sent to the private owner about 400 consumer substances that are not regular to water utility.
For this action, the” Pristina” has engaged 50 extinguishing teams.
Eight municipalities in which the CRU operates” Pristina” sh.a.si : Pristina, Fushe Kosova, Obilici, Podujevo, Shruja, Drenasi, Lipjani and Gracanica, with surrounding villages.
The event will continue until the end of 2018.
Total consumer debt to KRU” Pristina” sh.a. It's about 50m euros.
CRU” Pristina” sh.a. Invites consumers to do so;
-To respond positively to all financial obligations for water supply and sewer services, in order to avoid power failure,
- All consumers who have benefited from the Law to Forgive Public Debt, we call on them to strictly respect debt reprogramming contracts, always paying dues signed by both sides,
- Starting on February 1, 2018, all consumers who have benefited from the Law to Forgive Public Debt and have not been held to the contract for payment of reprogrammed debt, will be returned to an apology, based on the Law on Free Public Debt.
