The gunman entered the bar with his face covered with helmets. The Ranger, who wasn't a cop, turns himself in. The criminal then orders the victim to take steps and shoot him as soon as he returns.
When the police arrived at the scene, the ranger had just passed away.
No one has been arrested so far.
