The ship will stay three days for a bilateral military co-operation programme.
Deputy Defence Minister Petro Koci, US Ambassador Donald Lu, as well as senior chairman of the Albanian Armed Forces, writes Top Channel.
The ship “Ross” has a crew of 350 people on board and has been part of dozens of military operations, the most recent of them in Syria.
After Albania, the ship will head Spain and then the US.
