Kosovo must have right to union with Albania

In Slobodan Milosevic's prison and Vojislav Kushtica has spent two and a half years in prison, because of his political activism, he has also been imprisoned in independent Kosovo. U n NMIC and the Kosovo regime have imprisoned him more than 20 times. It was recently closed last year, where on the scale [...]
Does the Kosovo government decide in its country independently?
Of course, he decides on many things, such as budget distribution, though in many cases he is not working well. For agriculture, it only shares 2% of the budget. For education, it only sells money to pay teachers, not to improve students and students ' conditions. Corruption is not decreasing, for more it is growing. In the courts are about half a million files, they're in drawers that are covered with dust. In Kosovo there is no investment development bank, which would support local entrepreneurship. Nepotism continues. The parties, coming to power, see in that opportunity to reward their loyal clientele rather than be responsible to citizens. True, it's not all in the hands of the government. Kosovo still does not have full sovereignty, army and control over the entire territory, in particular in northern Kosovo. Kosovo's three biggest problems are: Mitrovica, still a divided city, major unemployment, and corruption. For the solution, the Government could do more than what it has done.
Is it not the fate of small states, such as Kosovo, that more or less must renounce their sovereignty?
To give up sovereignty is sovereign action. First, you have to have it so you can quit. Kosovo has never achieved nominal sovereignty, which is owned by countries like Albania, Montenegro or Slovenia. I understand that the state after EU membership or NATO has no more full sovereignty, but the deployment for entry into international integration must be the act of the will of any people or of the designated state. Our greatest achievement is recognition of independence, Kosovo has so far recognised 115 states. This is where we made progress. We've been unsuccessful as far as internal conspiracy is concerned. EU and NATO have integrated into Kosovo with peace missions, EULEX and KFOR earlier, which have enabled us to key Euro-Atlantic ties.
Why are you against dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo in Brussels?
Brussels' dialogue, which began in 2011 and was interrupted in 2017, was a major political mistake, which has brought very little benefit. I'm not in principle against dialogue, but I'm against dialogue without principles. The goal was the so-called normalisation of Kosovo-Serbia relations, and since Brussels are generally presented differently from both Belgrade and Pristina. The EU was asymmetric in dialogue, because it recognises Serbia, but not Kosovo. In Kosovo is Mission E ULEX, which has executive power, while there is no such thing in Serbia. This could not produce positive results. We need normal Kosovo, just as the Balkans need a normal Serbia. If you try to normalise relations with an abnormal Serbia you end up abnormal yourself. Serbia is an authoritarian and undemocratic state at the helm with the man who has been a minister for information at the time of Milosevic's rule. During the war in Kosovo, more than 10,000 raped civilians have been killed, as many as 20,000 girls and women, already missing about 1,500 people, 120 thousand houses burned, more than one million Albanians have been expelled from their homes. Serbia is not blamed for crimes, no one has ever apologized, nor has it paid for the damages of war.
Can Pristina and Belgrade talk without mediating international factors, particularly Americans?
That's impossible. But essential for co-ordination and integration of all communities is direct dialogue with Serbs and other minorities in Kosovo. There is a need for dialogue from below and not vice versa, between citizens and not between Albanians and Serbs. Albanian and Serbian farmers could talk about developing agriculture and together could talk about how the state could help. Integration in Kosovo is possible with development and not tolerance. I'm not against tolerance, but we need development co-operation. If Serbia does not recognise the crimes caused and Kosovo independence, it is dialogue without substance and loss of time. If Pristina behaves well towards Serbia, Aleksandar Vuciq is a typical extreme rightist, he does not believe it has anything to do with our generosity, but rather is a sign of weakness.
Isn't it unrealistic that all Albanians live in one state and that the big players would allow the formation of large Albania?
Great Albania is the song, which they have invented in Belgrade so that they can create great Serbia. Albanians have remained labeled, meanwhile, Serbs have taken over territory. Kosovo must have the right to join Albania. The constitution does not allow us to join any state, which means we will have problems even with joining the EU. Each state must be free and have the right to join other states. This is the foreign perspective of sovereignty and the right to self-rule. In Kosovo, foreign prospects are not allowed, although Kosovo has earlier shut down violent from Albania. At the London conference 1913, then Foreign Minister Edward Grey stated that because of the preservation of peace in Europe, Albanians were subjected to a great injustice. A year later the first world war broke out. I do not want the union between Kosovo and Albania to start the third Balkan war, but I would like it to be achieved through peaceful and democratic ways. This is the desire of Albanians on both sides of the border, which is the former border of Serbia and Yugoslavia. Economic interest also exists for the union. Albania has sea, water and mountains, meanwhile Kosovo good agricultural land, or or or minerals.
Isn't it hard to realize your dreams?
It has to do with right and good solutions, which is enough for me to try for that purpose. I'm not about to join Albania against the EU. A good solution is also the united Albanians in united Europe. For Kosovo's union with Albania, it would have to put people in referendums in both states. The Union would be legitimate if it were to place most citizens on both sides of the border.
How do you see the creation of a special court for war crimes of the KLA and efforts to abolish it?
This court is unfair and harmful to Kosovo, because it is the ethnic court that will judge only Albanians. This is court against KLA. On the other hand, Hashim Thaci's games of abolishing the court are neither serious nor sincere. For this, V WE will not blindly support the initiative to abolish the special court.
You are for the formation of the Kosovo Army, although the international community forms defence forces in the professional army and conditions with the consent of Serbs in Kosovo?
We are aware that changing the Constitution for which the majority of Serbian deputies, who have a guaranteed mandate in the Assembly, is necessary. Like any state, Kosovo should have its own army. This won't be easy. The Kosovo Security Force Law has not yet been used to this extent for these forces to be established at the highest possible level.
In dialogue with Serbia you have been placed on Americans who oppose the abolition of the Special Court for War Crimes of the KLA, which also condition the founding of the Kosovo Army...
Americans are powerful forces in Kosovo and beyond. They are part of the power in Kosovo. We are grateful for their role in the NATO bombing and recognition of independence. Many countries have recognised Kosovo because of the US, and not because of the lobe of our foreign miners. If dialogue with Serbia denies the history of the problem, that Serbia has occupied Kosovo and as a aggressor has exercised apartheid, then it does not matter who intercedes in negotiations with Belgrade.
V In 2015, she did not vote for constitutional changes that have enabled the formation of the Special Court. Her view hasn't changed V But... The PDK, led by Hashim Thaci, who wants to abolish the tribunal for personal and not Kosovo's personal interests. This court will do a lot of damage, which we will feel over the next 20 years. It would be better to have a normal court, which would fight against organised crime and high-level corruption. That's enough with <x0 Special”, such as special courts. U n NMIC, EULEX and The Hague tribunal have not found anyone in trade with human organs. The international court is heavily charged politically, for it more importantly, with stability than human rights.
We have not managed to convince Americans that they are more important peace criminals than those of war. In power are the richest people in Kosovo. There are many available facts, which have robbed people and abused their position and Kosovo budget. Instead of UNIMK, EULEX and the international community being persecuted because of these condemned activities, we still return to the war, to equate the crimes of both Albanian and Serbian forces during the war. The United States is our partner, which does not mean that we always agree on every subject. The US is essential for protecting Kosovo before Serbia and Russia.
What are the chances of the ruling war coalition leading Ramush Haradinaj and Hashim Thaci surviving in power and drawing Kosovo out of the stagnation and controlled crisis?
The current government has been mostly engaged in the appointment of 70 deputies. The purpose of this vast government without developmental vision for the state is to install as many staff as possible in higher positions. This is certainly the most expensive post-war government. In Parliament, it hardly survives 61 out of 120 as many as there are total MPs, so it will probably fall this year. That, of course, depends on the opposition who could join forces to overthrow the government. V There are 32 Democratic League 23 MPs.
Because of your radical V views She doesn't cooperate in executives, although she is the most powerful political subject in the country...
The ruling coalition before the elections has counted 12 parties. Since V SEVENE! to remain in opposition, a 20-party coalition has been needed. Maybe they did it for the last time.
Does this not also depend on international factors?
Embassys in Kosovo, before all five mains -- US, Germany, Great Britain, France and Italy -- say there is no additional criteria for V DEPENSE! In addition to the 61 parliamentary majority sitting in the Assembly. After the last elections, we were not far from the LDK, but the first of this subject, Isa Mustafa, wanted no coalition with us.
What can you accomplish with the drop of gas in Parliament and street protests?
Street protests are an expression of social vitality and democracy. There are many reasons for the protest. Democracy representative is necessary but often not enough. People cannot participate in the rally and vote once every four years. The conditions were extreme, because they wanted Kosovo's”bosing” with the help of the Serb municipal community. They would receive similar entities like Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has the Serbian Republic. In Bosnia on April 26, 1991, 14 Serb majority municipalities founded the community of municipalities, with January 9th 1992, declared independence, on February 28th 1992 adopted their constitution, on December 14, 1995, they received international recognition in Dayton.
What they did during the war in Bosnia wanted to build in peace in Kosovo. Serbia wants to place large Serbia with small Serbia in the region. He no longer wants Serbia's union in an expanding territory state in the Balkans, much more he wants to control populated territory with Serbs in other states. This is similar to the Russian Federation. Although the eastern part of Ukraine does not belong to it, Moscow controls it. This pattern is repeating itself in the Balkans. The collapse of the Soviet Union has founded the Russian Federation in the center as octopus with its tentacles. The dedication of former Yugoslavia has founded the octopus with Serbia in the centre of the tentacles in the neighbours. The Serbian Republic in Bosnia, the proserbe and prorus forces in Montenegro and Macedonia and the northern part and Serb enclaves south of Ibri in Kosovo.
If everyone lived better, it wouldn't be important...
Belgrade doesn't have it on her, so Serbs can live better, let alone others. Belgrade uses Serbs as a means of benefiting as many territories, but not for more people's wellbeing. It's about imperial approach. There are not only great imperial powers in the world, but also regional powers. Serbia was such a small imperial power in this part of the Balkans. The main Balkan problem remains Serbia. In the last 25 years, only two and a half years of democratic leaders have had and killed him. Two weeks before Zoran Djindjic's assassination, Vojislav Seshel went to The Hague. Vucinaq because of his leaving in prison has cried at the protest rally. Progressive changes in Albania and Macedonia with the ruling Social Democrats, positive is also Montenegro's entry into NATO, the last two years have not been the worst either in Bosnia, the main problem remains Belgrade with authoritarian right-wing powers.
Where do you see Kosovo after 10 years?
Economic development is the most important one to provide new jobs for educated young people. The Serb minority needs to integrate into Kosovo society. Also needed is the restoration of Trepca, while Mitrovica must become a united city. The rule of law must be ensured that it will deal with corrupt leaders. If all this is not done, we won't be able to make it in the next decade, this would be a state failure. Either we do all this, or we'll just be a country on paper.
