Kosovo “unconstitutional” from Serbia's actions

Unlike Serbia and other Western Balkan countries, Kosovo in no part of the Strategy is treated as part of enlargement. It is mentioned only for the SAA, for normalising relations with Serbia, as well as for international obligations connecting with the Special Court.

For connoisseurs of reports between Pristina and Belgrade, “fat” Kosovo's towards EU integration will depend on Serbia's actions.

Kosovo is conditional on Serbia's actions. If Serbia achieves agreement on normalising good reports and neighbourly relations with Kosovo then Kosovo can progress on the European path”, politicalologist Belul Beqaj has said. According to him, it is not true that Kosovo is treated like other Western Balkan countries.
