In Podgorica he witnessed a Serb from Kosovo who was committed to finding and purchasing arms for the coup in Montenegro on the night of parliamentary elections that were held there on October 16th 2016.
He is Mirko Velimrovic, who signed the agreement with the Special Court for the plea of guilt and for testimony against the criminal group.
His testimony prompted reactions and incidents at the tribunal.
