The judges' scandalous conversation is discovered: “I have no idea whether Lovren touched it, I'm awarding a penalty”

Justice Jon Moss admitted he didn't see Dejan Lovren touching the first penalty ball at the derby between Tottenham and Liverpool in Anfield. Harry Kane was brought down by Loris Carius, the Englishman was in a position out of the game. But it was thought that the Croatian had touched the ball and so the Englishman had access to regular goals in case the goalkeeper didn't knock him down.
Before the final decision was made, Judge Ion Moss consulted the Eddie Smart side, whether or not he touched the ball.
The following is a full conversation between the two judges and the players who were close:
Smart with Moss: “All I need to know is does the Lovren touch or not? If he didn't touch the ball, then he's out of the game”

Christian Ericksen: “He touched ball”
Names Can: “did not touch”

Smart: “I'm not sure Lovren touched the ball. That's the question I'm asking”.
Then the judges ask the players to leave...
Moss: “Call me again”
Smart: “If so, it is deliberate and penalty. If he didn't, he's out of the game”

Moss: “Martin, you got something? (Require of Judge Four)”
Moss told Smart: “I'm awarding penalty”.
