The IPK has once again ensured that, in co-operation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, adequate measures will be taken, not allowing damage to the image of the Police Inspectorate as a very important link in the order of law enforcement agencies.
IPK through a communique has said that by referring to public statements, as well as media publications concerning the Kosovo Police Inspectorate explains as follows:
Recently, there have been statements and publications often, and biased about the suspicion of involvement of IPK employees in activities contrary to the law. The IPK, based on legal authorisations in co-operation with the State Prosecutor, has addressed and continues to address cases where officials of various positions in the Kosovo Police are allegedly involved in non-discreet or positioning, and statements where IPK is part of a network of organised crime are not standing and being untrue. The IPK invites all citizens who may have any information regarding the evolution of IPK or KP members to address competent organs, this invitation applies to officials carrying different positions and positions.
Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) continues to realise its legal mission through the exercise of the event to ensure a responsible, democratic and transparent police service, in line with legislation in force and required standards.
Kosovo's Police Inspectorate says it will continue with dedication in fulfilling legal duties and obligations towards successful realisation of its field activity in co-operation with all citizens of the country.
