Publicist Shkelzen Maliqi calls Kosovo's independence a century-old project, but remembers that it has not been rounded up yet, so she estimates more needs to be done so that the work started to be done successfully.
He thinks citizens love the state of Kosovo, declared 10 years ago, while he says independence is still an unfinished process, so Kosovo must fulfil its obligations to itself.
Kosovo's “independence has not yet been rounded up in full. We are not yet members of the United Nations, that is, a sovereign state that has all rights as other sovereign states. Therefore, we need to be more flexible in fulfilling certain obligations so that this can be accomplished. We must also love the future of our new generations, of our children, not only what we've accomplished 10 years ago, because the story is not yet completed as it should, he says.
Maliqi considers that what Kosovo has achieved is a big deal, but self-defence should not happen.
This is too big. Independence is a secular project. We need to be alert and work harder, both citizens and political forces, for the work that has been successfully done. The potentials we have, but we don't need to self-size”, Maliki declared for Voice.
