Hoti warns new elections, Demarketing resolved this month

The chief of the Democratic League of Kosovo Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, has estimated that now is the time for tough decisions so that citizens of the country can't suffer any further. He has asked the ruling coalition to assume responsibility and move the processes forward. “When this government is established is [...]
When this government was established, it was founded on the basis of criticism of past government demarcation. Now the MPs have brought you the same deal. So we're coming to what we as LDK have been saying over and over again that the cause of Demarketation has been faked and that's why citizens have suffered from not being liberalized, which is a process that has been dragging back since 2015”, has highlighted Hoti on the “Interview with Brian” in RTK 1.
He has said that the ruling coalition holds responsibility for the demarcation agreement.
“We know that the ruling coalition is not sure even 61 votes, but they should be together in this agreement, and if they are together we will normally sit down and for state interests to make 2/3 in the Kosovo Assembly. As far as I've heard, except The PDK that remains in favour of this agreement, other parties have not moved from positions. Now is not the time for political maneuvers for short-term benefits.
It is time to see each other in the eye and to admit a mistake that has been made by the then opposition for two consecutive years, making all those scandals in domestic and street institutions and agree that a huge mistake has been made and that now they will support this agreement and see how things move”, says Hoti, who believes that within this month it will finally be decided for the demarcation and then everyone will sit down together to decide for new elections after his country has to move a government that has to do a great job and work.
He has said that the productivity of this legislature is very low in relation to the large-scale work plan the Parliament's activity reflects the dynamics of government work.
Hoti has said how the LDK is working every day to prepare for new elections, which she hopes will happen very soon.
The next government's “Format will be determined before elections. We're already working on a governing platform. I hope the elections will come soon enough. We will set clear frameworks since before the elections, a pro-European government, where we will have things clear on major themes”, Hoti added.
