Hoti: With this government we don't integrate, but only will we leave the EU

The head of the LDK Parliamentary Group, Avdullah Hoti, has voiced criticism following the expulsion of the Kosovo Agency of Accreditation from the European Clarity Security Record in higher education.

He has said that with the Haradinaj government, the country will not move forward towards integration, but will only leave the EU.

“In the visit of the European Commission's top delegation to Pristina, Kosovo is excluded from a European body. Due to the non-legal dismissal of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation Board on 25 September 2017, this agency is excluded from the European Quality Safety Register in higher education”.

“In the decision of the Committee of this European organisation, it is stressed that because of the way the Board was dismissed, the Kosovo Agency of Accreditation has lost the ability to act independently”.

“In the letter sent by the Minister of Education to this organisation, it is stressed that his decision was requested by the prime minister on the basis of classified information for the non-legal actions of some members of the Board. But, until now, neither the minister nor the prime minister have taken any legal action in connection with these alleged violations of board members”, Hoti wrote on Facebook.

He has said this is a blow to Kosovo.
