The minister pointed to the issue of gas stations, saying that once brought to the top of the ministry, he has found that 30% of the petrol stations have been unlicensed, which is a major concern.

According to legislation in effect, Dogan is responsible for oil control, actually control is very small, only 3% of oil is controlled. We are not satisfied with this control, we are starting to work and we will come out with a recommendation on how we will proceed with oil control”, said Minister Hasani.

He said neither Customs nor the MTI Inspectorate have the capacity to control oil properly, so there must be a modulation on how to do this.

“Even about stealing the amount of oil line during the car's charge we're watching how to do the control and distribution of oil pumps. We've found a lab completely out of office which has come from Great Britain. It's in the basement and it's covered in dust. Very soon we expect to function that oil lab and start with control of the quality and accuracy of the liter”, Trade and Industry Minister Bajram Hasani stated.
