There, Kosovo executive leader met with General Joseph L. Langyel Chief of the National Guard of the United States, Laura Cooper of the Department of Defense and other senior American Army officers.
“On these meetings once again confirmed commitment to advancing Kosovo- USA. The American Army is the vital factor of peace and freedom in Kosovo and the region. Prime Minister Haradinaj thanked co-ordinators for the continued support and, once again, stressed the importance of quickly transforming the KSF into Armed Force”, the prime minister's official announcement said.
