A wave of cold has engulfed Europe, causing communication and school closures. In Germany at least four people have been injured in traffic accidents, temperatures in this country have gone up to minus 27 degrees.
Even in Moscow, where temperatures have dropped to minus 20 degrees, and snowfall and strong winds have also occurred in Great Britain for which rail traffic has been canceled.
The severe cold has also hit Romania and Bulgaria, where the schools have closed. But in Rome, Italy, schools have also closed because of the cold.
