In Germany at least four people were injured in traffic accidents, temperatures in this country went up to minus 27 degrees,
Cold is also in Moscow, where temperatures have dropped to minus 20 degrees, while snowfall and strong winds have also occurred in Great Britain for which rail traffic has been canceled.
The severe cold has also hit Romania and Bulgaria, where the schools have closed.
But in Rome, Italy, schools have also closed because of the cold.
