“This is a political case and every witness's testimony is influenced by the police, and any development in this process in court has been co-ordinated with political developments”, Krasniqi said.
That statements of witnesses in the process at the basic court, where four activists were sentenced to 21 years in prison for the attack on the Assembly, described them as contradictory.
“The scientific material evidence of this case for us is explanatory, while witness statements are clearly unproved and contradictory”, Krasniqi said.
Tome Gashi, Frasher Krasniqi's lawyer, demanded that Appeals free activists.
“We believe that you have the chance to improve an injustice that Pristina Constitutional Court has done, and we propose that to improve this injustice it must today free activists” from custody, Tome Gashi said.
Ramiz Krasniqi, Father and Arifi's lawyer, attacked the fundamental act of judgment, saying it should not remain in the history of Kosovo justice.
The best complaint against this act is the act of judgment itself, and such an act of judgment should not remain in the history of Kosovo justice as such. This is a cynical, harsh, ordered and clearly unreputed act on any evidence”, Krasniqi said, seeking the release of activists.
Emrush Kastrati, Egzon Halit's lawyer, said the basic court has come to a very wrong conclusion.
“Clarification of the photos has not been taken, DNA is not compatible with any of the accused, graphology or forenzice does not confirm the guilt of the accused. The first degree court has come to a very wrong conclusion”, lawyer Kastrati said.
Ali Beka, Adea Batusha's lawyer, also rejected the fundamental bias of four activists.
It's not appreciated the accuracy of the controversial evidence in the act. Instead of the bias to evaluate material evidence, he deals with opinions, comments, and sometimes even compliments”, attorney Beka said.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina in November last year sentenced Vetevendosje activists to 21 years in prison for the August 2016 attack with rocket launchers at the Kosovo Assembly building. /Cashho. com/
