“Pain from the feeling of burning on foot often affects night sleep. In particular, it is accompanied by a sense of needle piercing, numbness, and sometimes both.
Our sense of burning in our feet may be referred to as cutting on our feet or being inconsistent.
Causes
Although fatigue or skin infection cause a temporary sense of burning on the legs, it often results from nervous damage (insomic neurropia). The latter is due to various causes, including diabetes, alcoholization, exposure to toxins, lack of vitamin B, or HIV/ AIDS.
Some of the causes of the burning on foot:
- Alcohol Abuse
- Athletes (micotic leg infection)
- Chemotherapy
- Chronic Kidney Disease
- The diabetes neutropy (the nervous injury caused by diabetes)
- HIV/ AIDS
- Hippotosis (inactive thyroid)
- Tarsal tunnel syndrome
- Anemia
When should you report to the doctor?
Ask for help if:
- The sense of burning on your feet appears suddenly, especially if you are exposed to a type of toxin.
- You have an infected wound, especially if you suffer from diabetes.
Please visit your doctor if:
- Continue to experience pain even though you have been treated in domestic conditions for several weeks.
- Notice that symptoms are getting worse and more painful.
- Feel like burning's spreading all over the leg.
- You no longer feel your legs or toes.
If the feeling of burning on foot is ongoing or if there is no obvious reason, then the doctor will conduct examinations to determine whether it comes from a certain state of health caused by peripheral neuropath.
