Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said he will welcome Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and EU leader Donald Tusk for a lunch, as well as European Commission leader Jean-Claudie Juncker, reports “Hurriyet”, the Periscopi broadcast.
