Tensions have erupted around Pristina, where replacing the National Flag with the state is under way. At the scene is the Kosovo police and firemen, who were called for mechanical deployment of the flag, as the next mechanization had failed.
Disfunctioning a flag reduction mechanism has called on firefighters to help put the Kosovo state flag at the same site.
Authorities have said they are determined to meet the country's prime minister's order, Ramush Haradinaj, for setting the flag for tonight.
