Dislocking of demarcation will be made through provisions of existing agreement

In meetings held with state leaders, Markovic has offered willingness to intensify dialogue on finding a solution that would unblock the ratification of the agreement. According to newspaper sources, the most likely option is to adopt a joint declaration, where both sides agree to review the agreement, formulation that exists even in the official version of the bill.

“Deposits of the State Border Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro, signed in Vienna on August 26th 2015, if there are new legal facts, can be changed and met with the consent of the parties. Deposits of this agreement could be changed under the same procedure provided for adoption”, said in this law, for which Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had raised his hand.
