Olesia Duka, 38, a renowned dentist in Tirana, but also in the field of charity, has been arrested by police with court rulings. The security measure was declared after allegations that, through fraud, the dentist has taken the sum of 900 thousand euros from a businessman. The prosecution has issued an official announcement on this case, claiming that dentist Olesia Duka has absorbed the amount of 900 thousand euros to a businessman who is only publicized in initials of his name, I.H., through lies and abuse of faith.

According to the prosecution, the founder, who owns a currency exchange office and travel agencies, has been introduced to the dentist in November 2016. The prosecution says 38-year-old has initially asked a small sum to buy denature equipment, initially being correct at the return of the sums in time. But, as the prosecution says, dentistry has asked for more money, postponing the return deadline month after month. In the end, according to the prosecution, this scheme has caused the businessman total damage of 900 thousand euros.

The prosecution has doubts that several others have been misled in the same way. At the prosecution's request, the court ordered confirmation of certain assets in Tirana of the dentist, but also of her family, which totals 300 thousand euros, or 1/3 of the obligation. /Top Channel
