Kosovo Parliament MP Ilir Deda has said he will be in the hands of MPs, whether they will decide to isolate Kosovo, or to open the streets, by voting up prope, or écontratrarration with Montenegro.
According to the Deda, Kosovo's decline along with Western states has brought the country's freedom and independence, writes Periscopi.
This reaction by Deda has come a day before holding the extraordinary session, where the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro will be voted in.
