It is learned that Izetbegovic, who is known as Kosovo's pro-independence politician, took refuge in one of the airport's VIP salons “Nikola Tesla”.
Otherwise, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq had reacted sharply following Bakir Izetbegovic's warning that Bosnia and Herzegovina will recognise Kosovo's independent state, writes Indexline.
“Some think that Serbia is not humble enough and humiliated and that only humble and humiliated Serbia is good Serbia”, Vuciq has said in response to Izetbegovic.
Izetbegovic's interview for DW, where it speaks of Kosovo's recognition, will have long-term political and legal consequences, Vuciq had said.
