Pristina wants to evade obligations from the Brussels Agreement, writes today “Novosti”. According to this newspaper, it will try to change the signed Agreement for the Association of Serbian municipalities (AKS).
For Serbia, it is unacceptable to change even a cut in the Agreement on the Association of Serbian municipalities and let alone become a new draft of this document, as Pristina warns. Belgrade will request from Brussels, as a guarantee of agreements reached with Kosovo Albanians, to finally unblock the formation of AKS, Coha.net broadcasts.
The paper quoted the Kosovo delegation's chief for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina as saying that in the expected technical dialogue, which is scheduled to be held at EU headquarters at 26 February and 27 February, it will present a new draft agreement on the AKS, which should be in line with the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision. The Court stresses that parts of the agreement dealing with pre-accession authorisations for Association are not in line with the Constitution.
From the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia ordered that the agreements reached cannot be changed as anyone wants, Koha.net broadcasts. Much of what the Serbian side does not like about what agreement has been reached, it is also stressed.
“Novosti” writes that it was.d. The director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, will run as the main topic of forming association, the beginning of implementing that agreement. It will also insist on investigating the murder of Kosovo Serb leader Oliver Ivanovic.
