Arifi: Aim to Close Dialogue With Serbia

The chief of Kosovo's technical team in talks with Serbia, Avni Arifi, has reported yesterday to members of the Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs, with whom he has said that at his next meeting with the Serbian side, he will be discussed implementing the agreements reached so far.
According to him, the closure of dialogue and reaching a final agreement with Serbia is being aimed.
“We went to the meeting last time, but the incident occurred, the killing of Ivanovic and the meeting was not held. The important thing is to inform you that February 26, 2018 is the next meeting. This meeting will discuss implementation of the agreements realised. We aim to close the dialogue and reach a final” agreement, he has said.
Arifi has said that in Brussels it will not be discussed new agreements, but only the existing ones.
One of the topics for discussion with Serbia is the Association of Serbian municipalities.
According to Arifi, a new draft will be made for association.
