Lawmakers will meet again today until Senate leaders have hoped that closure will last only a few hours.
The new vote is scheduled for the early hours of this morning.
If the Senate approves the budget bill, the same would have to be approved by the House of Representatives before American President Donald Trump empowered it in law.
The U.S. government has initially closed on January 19th for three days after the White House and Congress have failed to reach an agreement so the funding project remains open.
The government has reopened again on January 23rd, broadcasting the REL.
The latest closure is the republican result, Rand Paul, the fiscal conservative who has used procedural steps to prevent any vote until the last term after midnight.
Paul has said that the funding project proposal will “placist the American Treasury”.
Government closure marks the fifth time of an American government in the quarter century. This situation will stop only partially several government actions even if it lasts less than a few hours.
