Abdixhiku clarifys LDKC's condition for Demarket voting

Abdikhku has been invited to Express Interview at KTV, where he said they have expressed the opinion that the bill offered is in legal contradictions, and that they do not agree to remove the “Bralich” report, but that it is only as an informational document.

“Article 1 shows that the August 2015 agreement must be ratified, it is acceptable to us, but also to the prime minister who has changed his mind even though he has postponed it for 3 years”, said Avdixhiku added that Article 3 so the Bullic report is inconsistent with Article 1.

He said the Foreign Affairs Commission has first sent him to Headship for review and then for the session, but the chairmanship has offered no explanation.

The “E now has started partitioning in political parties. We've requested clarification. We started negotiations with the ruling parliamentary parties yesterday. The initiative has been in line with our attitude. Then with other parties in Albanian majority. We have finally come to the conclusion that the majority Albanian parties have accepted the proposal that makes the documents”, he said.

The LDK MP added that all commissions should be introduced as clear parts, both Meshe and Bulqi's, but not into packages.

He said that the LDK today has 27 pro-demarcing votes and opening borders, and that everyone will vote in favour.

We have unique thoughts. This government in opposition has not even heard of opponents. We made 27 votes. We have given support only to the agreement in question”, Abdixhik said.

He thought they didn't want to avoid the Bullick report again.

For Prime Minister Haradinaj's language and stance today in the Assembly towards the LDK, Abdixhiku said it was unnecessary approach.

The prime minister's position is really unclear. The government has put MPs in political trouble, and the LDK is seeking solutions to get out of this”, he said.

He added that the statements of the two presidents, Hashim Thaci and Filip Vujanovic, should be part even though it has not been ratified in Montenegro's Parliament.

Article 7 and the substance of the two presidents' statement are the same. The evidence brought by the new Bullics commission is not enough. No extra cadastral notes, they're just saying it themselves. But even if there's additional evidence, it's Article 7 that allows for demarcation and several metre adjustments,”, he added.

He has said that all in the end -- to Montenegro -- will send a verbal note, showing that the August agreement has been ratified -- the rest that are being done according to Abdixhik -- are just theatre games being made in the Kosovo Assembly.

Finally, as LDK Parliamentary Group chief Avdullah Hoti has said before, there must be new elections after that.

We want to cross the demarcation, get the visas, then we have to have new choices. As if the prime minister refused, we want this government to end as soon as possible. We do not expect this government to address the problems of Kosovars, only that it will sink more”, Obadiah concluded.
