The Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) is still not implementing two of the three recommendations of the Kosovo Assembly, for compensation of 50m euros billed to Kosovo citizens for spending electricity in the four northern municipalities.

Mehdi Geci, deputy ombudsperson, has said they have asked the courts to issue a verdict deserving of compensation for debts.
Commission member Teuta Haxhiu has said she is outside any ratings that 50m euros are being bore to all citizens.
