Wessel: After the Army, we made another very important decision today

He has said the current decision by the Republic of Kosovo's decision on the state delegation means yes to sovereignty, but Kosovo's territorial integrity.

Wessel said Kosovo is for dialogue, for partnership, for good neighbours.

As for co-ordinating this delegation with the president, he has said everything will have its own importance and everything will be done in accordance with the Kosovo Constitution.
