Kosovo Runners' Association, known as “Tem KTRA”, a part of which is also the climber known by Peja érineta Mula, is joining sixteen days of campaign against violence against girls and women through a race to be held on December 6th.
“Join us in an evening run to raise awareness of the issue of violence against women and girls, as part of the 16-day Global Active Campaign against gender-based violence. There was something orange (if you can) to show your commitment to fighting violence, wearing the official color of the campaign. # OrangeTheord. Welcome”, is the post the association made on its official Facebook social network page. Calling on all interested ones to raise awareness of acts against violence against girls and women to join the course.
The run will begin from the scope of the Kosovo National Library at 17:30 today.
Some 22 thousand victims of violence, mainly girls and women, are counted in Kosovo.
