Gashi at “Dosier D” with Fidan Rama at RTV Dukaagjini has said Mustafa could also be interviewed in Kosovo.
“This is a tactical and technical issue for which the prosecutor has placed in The Hague. The danger of him remaining at The Hague” is not ruled out.
The lawyer has said that even in the past there have been interviews in Kosovo, but they have occurred depending on the risk of cases.
According to Gashi, his client, Rustem Mustafa, was declared ready to respond to the Special Court.
“Reemi was among the first high profile officials to be arrested in 2002. He had been arrested by police wearing masks that until then had not been seen”.
He has warned that the situation with Remi is complicated, as the judgment is expected to last years.
“It is hard to think that the trial procedures will be completed soon”, Gashi said, conveys Telegrafi.
The lawyer has said that part of the Special Court witnesses would be former KLA members.
We must not hide this fact. It has already been known, although not with names and surnames, that part of the witnesses at the Special Court will be former KLA members”.
Gashi says it is Kosovo's mistake that has not formed a court that would try possible war crimes.
Serbia has done such a thing”, Tome Gashi said among other things.
