As Trondheim police reported, a young man called the police by cell phone from a car in which he was “blocked” in a parking lot outside the car hall, the AP reported.
Norwegian television NRK said it was a 17-year-old boy who was formerly known to police for counter-invention, broadcasts KsP.
For now, it is not known why all the doors are locked and the young thief is trapped in the car.
Police said on Twitter they went to the scene to rescue the thief and “placed” in custody.
