In Brussels, while concern is evident about the tariffs Kosovo has set for goods from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as disappointment why the Government of Kosovo does not respect the EU's demands to remove them, there is also a dose of optimism that “in a near period” can be reached by the comprehensive agreement on normalisation of reports between Kosovo and Serbia.
But what for some seems like hope for others seems like fear, if the agreement included elements that are not desirable, such as the possibility of changing borders. This is the possibility that has even created division among the European Union states with Germany at the helm of those countries that oppose such a possibility.
