A week before the deadline is completed, set by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Kosovo's Special Prosecution has nearly the indictment known as the “Veterians”, part of which are 12 former heads of the Government Commission for recognition and Verification of the Status of Veterans, who are accused of manipulation with Kosovo Liberation Army veterans (UÇK)
Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has the indictment ready for the case known as “Venterians against 12 former heads of the Government Commission for the recognition and Verification of the Status of Veterans, Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitjaha, Shkumb Demalij, Gashi, Shukri, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Fajlilu, Smil Elezaj, Fadil Shudaj, Jadiri, Jazhari.
Officials of this prosecutor claim that this indictment was prepared according to remarks and fulfillments the Founding Court had requested in Pristina. Kosovo Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha has told the newspaper “Zeri” that the prosecution will hold the second term the Court has set for the outcome of this indictment.
He has added that within the indictment deadline he will surrender to the Court.
