“Minister Berisha, congratulations, from today you will be minister of defence, you will not be the minister of KSF... During the work of the working groups, 45 amendments have emerged, for which opinion has been given by the Kosovo Parliament's permanent commissions, all are in accordance with the constitution and legislation in force, invited all MPs to vote for approval of this bill, with recommended amendments”, Shala has said.

The plenary hearing for the formation of the army has started with a minute of silence in honour of all those fallen for Kosovo's freedom and independence.
