Remi, had hosted Krasniqi, in the Kosovo Liberation Army headquarters for the Llap area, which had headquarters in Pristina in Kolovica neighbourhood, at the home of Adem Duscik.
Mustafa, has been invited by the prosecution to travel directly to The Hague on January 14th of next year.
Rrustem Mustafa's lawyer, Arianian Koci, said his client received an invitation for an interview by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, writes Insander.
With my client's authorization Rrustem Mustafa, I inform you that Mr. Mustafa has accepted an invitation since January 14th, 2019, to be presented to the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) at The Hague”, Koci has said.
This is an interview invitation. Mustafa will present himself voluntarily and is willing to clarify any circumstances the SPS is investigating”.
Meanwhile, a year earlier at the helm of the initiative to abolish the Special Court had been imposed by the president, Hashim Thaci, who is subject to investigations. The initiative was halted following pressure from two accredited ambassadors in Pristina, the American and British.
Insander, had reported how President Thaci had failed to save himself from the Court.
He had tried to change the Law through the Parliament to negotiate with internationals his arrest.
