We wanted to inform you that from the date 17.12.18, the Professional Colleges of CKUK surgeons, in view of the neglect of the promises given earlier to suspend the strike, we are forced to resume the strike at the same and single request, increasing the wages of doctors”.
They say their demand is only clear and non-negotiable.
“We have all political and governing actors aware of the tough state of specialists as national assets and assets that cannot be overlooked”, have said through an announcement.
Meanwhile, the surgeon's Special Adbulances this Thursday have offered no ambulance service to patients, thus continuing the strike initiated days ago with the only requirement, increasing doctors' salaries.
The same situation has been in the Abdominal Surgery Clinic, whose director, Rifat Bajrami, has confirmed that the doctors' strike is continuing.
