The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina explains about the opinion that the person now most arrested E.J. There has been no access to documents or top-secret information, which is owned by the Kosovar Intelligence Agency (AKI).
A media communiqué says E. J. It is suspected that using a forged decision document, compiled on the 1902.2018, was released by the Kosovo Government, with which it attempted to abuse in various forms and for various purposes, which have already begun investigations by the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor.
For this matter, the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina has made a decision to start investigations with 1212.2018.
The prosecution stresses that information and evidence will be obtained during the investigation, which will prove the same one has used this decision, or has only tried to use it and that E.J. suspects. 30 days of detention is scheduled.
