While one of the founders of the KLA, Nat Hasani, has told “Zerin” that at the invitation of former KLA commander Rrustem Mustaf ♫ “Remit” the work of the Special Court has begun. Hasan has expressed pessimistic about the justice this court will produce.
My dissatisfaction with this Court is that it does not treat the parties equally because it treats Albanians in particular, whereas Serbs who committed crimes in Kosovo do not treat them at all. If that had been equal in dealing with the two sides would have been a good thing, but this is an ethnic court dealing only with Albanians, taking into account only the accusations Serbia has made as a defeater of the battle in Kosovo. The court has entered this game of Serbia, but I don't believe in its justice, yet we are hoping for this”, he said.
MP The PDK has said that despite attempts no one can dim the KLA's fair fight.
The Special Court has already started the process, the first call has been made, and now we are hoping that this court will handle all calls it will make and now we must believe in justice. But no one can undo the work of the KLA, war has ended with a good and fair process and with the release of Kosovo, everything else is relative to”, he has said further
