Pano: There are conflicting voices in America about changing Kosovo borders- Serbia

Policy analyst in the Balkans and Albanian-American activity Nicholas Pano has declared that the territories change talks at this time are not in the interest of Kosovo and Serbia, as both countries have internal problems, until it added that American politics is with conflicting statements about the issue. Professor Pano said [...]
Professor Pano has said it's not the right time to discuss changing territory.
“This is a very complex issue, and in my opinion, it will be wrong to exchange territories between Kosovo and Serbia at this time tense with some domestic problems in Kosovo and Serbia's internal problems. To try to regulate diplomatic relations, normalise economic relations and then wait to see what the issue will be two or three years later. But time is not right now for changing the” territory, he said.
He has added that he is now in neither the interest of Kosovo nor the interest of Serbia, to discuss the issue of territory. He also commented on the American policy of exchanging territories.
“Sic looks at things, they have had conflicting statements, there are people within the government who are the PRO, or more let Serbs and Kosovars make the decision we have no interest. There are other interests, there are other voices in the government, at Congress that say no! Now is not the time. And there are some who fear that since there's a change of territory, then other territorial issues open. They say leave these jobs now, what is of the greatest importance in the Balkans is the stability of the” region, Pano has said.
Pano has also talked about the up-to-date developments in Kosovo, with which he has expressed disappointment.
I'm really a little disappointed. Kosovo's problems are many. There are economic problems, there are political problems, there are these problems in external relations. Kosovo has a big challenge. He's made some progress. But I am, as I said, a little disappointed and those issues of parliament, party fighting, within parties, among parties. A polarization that is now paved in Kosovo, that concerns me... It will be dangerous if Kosovo does not meet these problems that I mentioned. Kosovo must be regulated inside, should function as a responsible state. That is the Kosovo issue. With these riots within Kosovo, with these challenges not met. These undermine Kosovo's work, the image of Kosovo”, he said.
According to him, Albanians in the Balkans should co-operate more closely on economic issues, cultural issues, even some political issues.
