A 45-year-old from Berat with initials L. M has been sentenced to eight months in prison by the Court of Tirana after being charged with fraud, being removed as an employee of the Albanian Embassy in Greece.
As taught by the 45-year-old file, L. M, has deceived a bus driver who carried the Albania-Greece line, with which he was familiar on one of the trips. Citizens A. D (victim) had recognized the defendant in 2017 and had asked for his daughter's equipment with a Greek passport. During the conversation, the defendant had promised that he would speed up the procedure and have demanded the amount of 2000 euros so that he could speed up the process of extracting the passport for the girl in Germany at the point where she was receiving treatment, she broadcasts at times.
On the charge made by the collector, it's taught that A. Gj has sent indictees L.M. initially the amount of 1260 euros with cash transfer services on the 08.06.2017 date from Germany to Albania, and in this regard, the copy of the collection mandate has been administered in the file.
At the end of the trial, the Tirana Court imposed 1 year in prison for the defendants, but after the pre-trial was accepted, the Court reduced the final sentence to 8 months.
