Macedonia adopted Law on Amnesty

By 95 votes to pass the amnesty law. The accused after the law's adoption will have five-day terms to submit for amnesty, while whether the request will be accepted or not the verdict will be taken by the competent prosecutor and judge.

The amnesty law of April 27th was proposed by: Emilia Aleksandrova, Frosina Tashevska Ramenski, Zejri Ramcilovik, Muhamed Zeqari, Goran Miskovski, Vesel Memedi, Sonja Mirkovska, Snezana Vanqevska, Nola Ismailova, Jovan Mitrevski, Vladinka Avivicq, Artan Grubi, Branko Maniolovski, Agim Shakiri, Pavlle Bogoevski, Irena Stelovska, Czemir Sadovski, Dal Boral Bogdanovski, Kostadin Akevski, Kance-Milvar-evska, Uzer Ferati. The Alliance for Albanians did not vote. The head of the ASH called the proposal a disgrace of lawmakers and the loss of the citizens' hope for rule of law.
