The amnesty law of April 27th was proposed by: Emilia Aleksandrova, Frosina Tashevska Ramenski, Zejri Ramcilovik, Muhamed Zeqari, Goran Miskovski, Vesel Memedi, Sonja Mirkovska, Snezana Vanqevska, Nola Ismailova, Jovan Mitrevski, Vladinka Avivicq, Artan Grubi, Branko Maniolovski, Agim Shakiri, Pavlle Bogoevski, Irena Stelovska, Czemir Sadovski, Dal Boral Bogdanovski, Kostadin Akevski, Kance-Milvar-evska, Uzer Ferati. The law for reconciliation is drafted on the basis of works that will not be included in amnesty. The Alliance for Albanians did not vote. The head of the ASH called the proposal a disgrace of lawmakers and the loss of the citizens' hope for rule of law.
