LDK says no to Wessel's invitation for dialogue

The Democratic League of Kosovo has rejected Kadri Weselin's invitation to discuss Kosovo-Serbia dialogue with all representatives of political parties in the country.

At a media conference, the LDK has responded negatively to this invitation, where GP chief Awoodlah Hoti said legitimacy to lead the country is not won with political tables.

The dialogue team has received only 59 votes, which do not make up the simple majority in the Kosovo Assembly. In spite of that, to have it clear that the dialogue cannot be led either by the seventh party in the Kosovo Assembly or by those with foreign mandates in the Assembly”, Hoti said.
