KMDLNJ through a media statement has estimated that citizens, not politicians, suffer from visa non-liberalisation.

Given yesterday's statement in Pristina by EU Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn, that visa liberalisation for Kosovars could be postponed by 2020, as well as its demand for the removal of a 100% tax on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina products, this Council has said Kosovo should implement reciprocity with the Serbian state.

KMDLNJ has also called for co-operation between the ruling and opposition parties. “In this context, KMDLNj requires a co-ordination of the position and opposition until the passage of the situation or the creation of more favourable circumstances for Kosovo, which then, position and opposition can be agreed on setting a date for new elections, following the reform of the Law for Elections and which is the necessary condition for quality changes, both at the level of political representation and at the decision-making plan frame <x>, it is said in response.

KMDLNY response:

FOR THE POSSIBLE IZAVE PEAKING THE CENTARS NO POLITICA, POSICE And OPOSIETY!

After EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Han , with no hint of remorse, slammed in the face of Kosovo authorities that, perhaps, by 2020, there will be no visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens erupted an opposition demanding the heads of Prime Minister Haradinaj, Minister Navor Hoxha and the Kosovo government for, as the opposition claims, visa liberalisation failure. This type of commissioner Han, although so far was a double standard implementation, during the media conference said that : “Kosovo has carried out the task while we have to do our job.. “which, in a word, implies that Kosovo has met the conditions (Centiary ) technical for visa liberalisation therefore, Kosovo cannot be guilty according to KMDLNj for nonliberalisation of visas, but this is the exclusive responsibility of the EU. Even EU rapporteurs who visited Kosovo have consistently declared that Kosovo has met the conditions for visa liberalisation, hoping that this liberalisation will occur by the end of 2018 or, at the latest, until the first quarter of 2019. In reality, politicians in position have stated that at the end of the year, Kosovo citizens will move without visas for the fact that they have fulfilled the required conditions, even a condition that no country or state in the region had been asked for, the demarcation of the border with Montenegro. Even the preliminary composition of the ruling coalition, which was part of the LDK, which had the post of prime minister, also stated that Kosovo has met all conditions for visa liberalisation and opposed Demarcation (fully ) as a condition for visa liberalisation. The visa liberalisation effort was a chain where all political subjects were involved, expelled here from LV that was never part of power. Following the rejection of visa liberalisation and that responsibility should be addressed exclusively to the EU, the impression is made that a part of the opposition has enjoyed this failure and that it is very unfair that the responsibility itself has been part of visa liberalisation efforts and now wants to profit politically from this failure, although opposition or opposition politicians have no problem securing visas for them and members of their families while facing citizens for months waiting for a visa term before the embassies of European states, where many visas are rejected. As long as you go to a foreign embassy and see the misery and dire situation Kosovo citizens face unjustly, not to obtain a visa (have no guarantees for this) but to set a term a few months earlier for a simple application. Kosovo citizens need a lot of documents, a non-strong free tax on our terms, and, in the end, you are mostly refused. The opposition, in the responsibility plan, cannot be justified for the fact that it itself has been a position, has benefited materially by walking around the world in the name of lobby and now it is unfair to wash hands from any responsibility so long ago that visa liberalisation is not only political or party interest, but it is the interest of Kosovo citizens who are denied, unjustly, one of the basic human rights, the right to freedom of movement. The opposition has had to co-ordinate actions with the position and civil society in opposition to the EU's unjust refusal to visa liberalisation, draft an action plan and opposition for this action that is the general interest of Kosovo and its citizens, on the other hand, to continue the political struggle to take power, whether by provoking early elections or by changing the ruling conflict. In every country of the world the opposition is aimed at taking power that is completely legal, but there are some developments and situations when the opposition must be responsible, leaving opposition interests to face a danger to the country. We must admit that Kosovo is facing a danger, both in terms of endangering territorial integrity and in the inability to extend sovereignty. Kosovo has a blocking mechanism, the constitutional category and it is the Serb List, which can only be managed with the co-operation of Albanian parties and other minority communities that are collaborative and which accept the state of Kosovo but, which at least benefits, or is more likely to be said, are mostly damaged at the expense of the benefits of the Serb List and Serbs who in any way oppose Kosovo and its constitutional order. Kosovo has entered imposed talks with Serbia, without planning, action strategy, without setting a deadline and having no guarantee of any benefit from these talks, even being misled as if it were promise and fraud for visa liberalisation. Part of these talks, at higher levels, was the LDK itself. In Kosovo, a mistake has been made that only one person has gone to the talks and talked with Serbia even outside the negotiating framework, President Hashim Thaci, accompanied by some permanent benefits of hororaries, with no responsibility for the non-work or harmful work they have done at the expense of Kosovo and its citizens. KMDLNj has assessed and estimated that the talks around “border correction “, without the mandate of the Kosovo Assembly, are unconstitutional and harmful actions so it proposes that a Negotiator group be formed where the opposition would have a role equal to position and only under these circumstances, after the assessment of the situation can continue talks with Serbia. Kosovo should have a clear and long-term offer from the international community on what it benefits from these talks, not being manipulated with promises “for a European perspective “, which is a comprehensive and devoid of content. Part of the Negotiator Team should also be members of civil society that have expertise and negotiating capacity. But this can only happen after a consensus between position and opposition is reached. Under current circumstances Kosovo does not need these talks and only Serbia can benefit here. A clear cut of constitutional competencies must be made to guarantee the president's representation in high-level meetings with other states, but the role and obligations of the Assembly must be clearly determined in this process and, until now, privatised by a narrow circle of beneficiaries who have neither had nor had a mandate to negotiate what they are negotiating, without ensuring even minimal transparency and without any accountability! Kosovo should talk to Serbia only as an equal, not as a submissive party. Serbia does not recognise Kosovo and neither do we know Serbia, so we have to implement reciprocity 100% with Serbia, as necessary and necessary condition for dignified treatment even by the mediator. The 100% tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia is imposed due to the hostile activity of these two states towards Kosovo, and it should not be lifted. KMDLNj supports this tax and any action that ensures the implementation of Kosovo's law and Constitution, without discrimination on ethnic, political, social status, age, etc. The Kosovo government should be backed for implementing this move to another decision, while the government demands that it undertakes all measures against dishonest beneficiaries. In this context, KMDLNj requires a co-ordination of position and opposition until the outcome of the situation or the creation of more favourable circumstances for Kosovo, which then, position and opposition can be agreed on setting a date for new elections, following electoral law reform and which is the necessary condition for quality changes, both at the level of political representation and in the decision-making plan.
