The power supply and distribution company KEDS risks being punished as much as 100,000 euros by the tribunal.
Such a sentence is expected to come as this company continues to challenge the justice system, which gave it the right to return 80 former workers, KTV reports.
This company has not taken on the basis of the Constitutional Court's order issued on November 20th, which, within three days, returned the dismissed workers.
This issued order came days after the Court of Appeals rejected the complaint to KEDS, made in the decision of the First Case Court, to benefit workers on June 8th.
The court's order states that if the verdict is not respected, then the provisions of Article 15 and 16 of the Law on the Final Procedure apply.
These two articles envision fines for physical persons, between 100 and 1,000 euros, and for legal ones from 1,000 to 10,000 euros.
The ex-worker's lawyer has indicated that because of his failure to issue the verdict, he has again turned to the court.
In this regard, the KEDS management has declined to speak, saying the case is in judicial procedure.
The deputy head of the Workers Union has indicated that the KEDS management has told them their decision will be announced on December 11th.
Job Chief Inspector Basri Ibrahimi said that even at the time of the matter in the inspectors, they were fined. KEDS and had issued a decision on their return to work.
Cutting off contracts from KEDS had started since 2015, even though some workers had permanent contracts.
To that end, they had sometimes protested in front of the company offices as well as the government, but no one had come to their aid.
