KDI considers that Serb List participation in this parliamentary session will be in place of integration and development of the democratic values of Kosovo society.
“The Assembly is the representative institution where all discussions should be held about issues related to the interest of Kosovo citizens. Therefore, it is important that MPs from the Serbian List parliamentary group be included in this very important process for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo”, the Serb List's GP invitation reported.
So far the transformation of the KSF has received the support of all communities living in the Republic of Kosovo, which have contributed to this process being all involved until the Serbian List has voiced opposition.
Otherwise, the package of KSF laws guarantees the involvement of all communities living in Kosovo, not based on ethnic divisions.
The KSF as a multiethnic professional military force is tasked with defending the country's territorial integrity and all its citizens. With the adoption of laws to transform the KSF, Kosovo will advance and contribute to the area of security and defence not only within but in the region and beyond.
