Johannes Hahn could end up in court, following request to help Serbia

The “Besa” Foundation, representing 110 businesses in Germany, has sent a letter to Commissioner Johannes Hahn, through which he has asked him to reconsider his decision to help Serbia.

Your Honor. Hahn, after we were informed by the Kosovo press about financial support for our taxes you have offered to Serbia, we ask you for immediate clarification in taxpayers: - Under what decision of the European Commission have you decided to assist the Serbian state?
