Rule number one: Do not consume heavy food for any reason before going to bed - at dinnertime. You'll make your training harder and your body from the stomach will not feel comfortable. Categorically, you also need to avoid alcoholic beverages or beverages containing caffeine, coffee, or tea. Also, chips, chocolates are food that causes a wake - up effect, so avoid them before you sleep.
